GUTTER CLEANING:
A clean gutter is designed to draw water away from a home's foundation. When a gutter overflows with
debris, it may also cause roof damage.
COST:
1. Single-story house with up to 160 linear feet of gutter: $70
2. Single-story house with up to 200 linear feet of gutter: $90
3. Double-story house with up to 160 linear feet of gutter: $90
4. Double-story house with up to 200 linear feet of gutter: $110
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Clean out the leaves and debris, bag the waste and then flush the entire system. We also inspect
and tighten fasteners and reseal end caps and outlets (at no additional cost).
DISCOUNTS:
Burkesville Handyman Service offers a 15% discount for seniors and disabled.
Vendor Services
Burkesville Handyman Service is also a vendor for:
1. Preservation services for REO (Real Estate Owned) properties -- provide Services
directly to the property for the client, to market the property as quickly and economically as
possible.
2. Pre-conveyance property preservation services -- preserve and protect the property
from deteriorating or suffering any damages until conveyance, and to perform the required work per the
investor-allowed pricing structure.
Pricing structures: we offer both flat fee per property, and pricing per work performed (lock change, trash out, etc.).

Scheduled Maintenance Plans
We offer pre-scheduled maintenance and repair plans for your home or office. The visits can be scheduled at 3, 6 or 12 month intervals. Whether it's cutting grass, cleaning gutters, washing windows, or inspecting the plumbing for leaks and drips, we're here when you need us.
